First Visit Details
Prior to your appointment time for your first visit, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for completion of all insurance and health information forms. Your first dental exam will last approximately one hour. At this time, a comprehensive, preventative-oriented examination of your mouth will be performed. This will include an analysis of your teeth, soft tissue, alignment, bite and existing restorations. We also like to perform Vizilite, an annual oral cancer screening. In most cases, we will also clean your teeth at this appointment. This enables us to provide you a personalized evaluation that will outline any existing dental problems and proposed treatment.
New patients may download a copy of our New Patient Forms below to complete prior to a first visit with us.
